His other industry work and training responsibilities include conducting rigging trainings and facilitation, toolbox meetings and work allocation, job safety analysis before and after every job execution, risk assessment before and during work operations, recording of near misses and incident reports, man-hour calculation and recording HSE statistics, maintenance of good housekeeping at worksite, monitoring of workers compliance to HSE laid down rules and regulations among workers.
